This tangorial covers technique for “giros” (turns) as well as a lot more!
We will start with a warm-up: working with our posture, firing-up our muscles and strengthening our legs and feet. We will then move on to exercises which help us to improve our balance, whilst also learning some beautiful decorations.
Next we will look at different kinds of giros before learning a mini-choreography putting together all the elements learnt in the class.
Kim will always share her favourite tips with you and trouble-shoot the most common mistakes. David will make cameo appearances during the video to demonstrate how you can use what you learn in practice.
This tangorial is ideal for tango dancers of an improver level upwards.
