Join us for an immersive journey into the music of Osvaldo Pugliese.

Pugliese’s pieces are a master class in storytelling, filled with tension, longing and explosive moments of release.

We’ll explore how to interpret Pugliese’s characteristic pauses, crescendos and powerful suspensions. We’ll work with the deliberate piano phrases, the sweeping violins and the driving bandoneons.

We’ll learn how to embody the intensity of the music, balancing tension with flow, control with abandon.

Pugliese’s music is legendary on the dance floor, especially in the early hours when your most connected, passionate dances unfold!

Let’s not just dance to Pugliese, let’s dance with him!

Suitable for Improvers upwards – this course is ideal for dancers who are already comfortable with tango fundamentals and want to add depth, style and power to their dancing.

No partner needed – we’ll rotate partners throughout (but if you come with a partner and would prefer to stay together this is also OK!)
