Cancellation Policy

When you book a class we hold a place especially for you. Whilst we understand that plans can change, if you cancel we will need time to offer your place to someone else. For this reason, no refunds can be offered for cancellations made within 24 hours of your class or if you don’t attend. We hope you understand!

We’ll explore how to transform movements and figures to express each of the rhythms – tango, milonga and vals. In this way, we’ll strengthen our interpretative skills.

Tango, Vals & Milonga:

Do you love the melancholy of tango or do you prefer to lose yourself in the flowing, swirling circularity of vals? Perhaps you have a secret penchant for milonga with it’s playful, syncopated heartbeat?

Here’s the good news: there’s no need to choose! In this two-week course, we’ll explore all three rhythms and help you to express yourself better than ever!

How It Works:

  • You’ll learn core figures to serve as your “canvas”
  • You’ll receive clear guidance on adapting timing, style and energy for each rhythm – followed by plenty of hands-on practice – boosting your musicality, versatility … and enjoyment .

Suitable for Improvers upwards – this course is ideal for dancers who are already comfortable with tango fundamentals and want to add depth, style and expression to their dancing.

No partner needed – we’ll rotate partners throughout (but if you come with a partner and would prefer to stay together this is also OK!)

This class takes place in a spacious dance studio in the heart of Soho, with smooth wooden floors, wall-to-ceiling mirrors and ballet barres.
